Aloha! My name is Noe Kaiwi English and I am from Hāna, Maui. My husband and I have two sons - the oldest is in the second grade and the youngest is a pūnua at the Pūnana Leo o Hilo. I am one of the 9th grade homeroom teachers and have been teaching at Ke Kula ʻO Nāwahīokalaniʻōpuʻu since 2005. I teach English language arts to grades 7, 8, and 9 as well as biology to the 9th grade. It is truly a blessing to work here within this ʻohana that strives to ensure our language lives. Each and every one of us in this ʻohana is important so letʻs work together to enrich this program that we love!
